CENTURY 21 Langos & Christian's Mature Moves Program!

In response to the overwhelming demand from those in our community who are over 50 and faced with lifestyle changes, CENTURY 21 Langos & Christian has developed a "Mature Moves" program.

By simply filling out and returning an application, the membership in "Mature Moves" will entitle the bearer to many services.

Basically, the program offers a member advice and insights on 4 aspects of living experienced especially by those over 50. These categories are influenced not so much by age as by health and attitude:

1. Lifestyle adjustments needed to be made in the near future as to size home, proximity to relatives or health care personnel, adult children returning home, parents' relocation.
2. New challenges in real estate: a larger home, a second home, or investment property.
3. Downsizing and the financial aspects of such a move.
4. Age or care restricted community needs in the near future.

Monthly hand-outs or seminars are available on these or related topics.
